With over 40 years in the real estate and title world, Shana Langford has built a career rooted in service, relationships, and heart. From her start as a receptionist in 1983 to her current role as a business consultant and escrow officer at Chicago Title, Shana has worn many hats-and earned many honors along the way, including multiple MIBOR affiliate of the Year awards and Stewart Title’s Associate of the Year.
She’s a proud member of Women’s Council of Realtors and currently serves on the MIBOR executive board. But beyond the titles and certifications, Shana is most proud of the friendships she’s made-Realtor relationships that have become like family.
Shana lives in New Palestine, Indiana with her husband, their beloved German Shepherds Kobe and Yogi, and cherishes time with son Justin, who she lovingly calls “JUSTINcredible.” She finds joy in sunsets, moonlit skies, campfires, and the example of kindness set by her Christian parents. Helping others in real estate isn’t her job-it’s her calling.
