Todd Kenworthy joined Chicago Title in April of 2025 and serves as the Commercial Business Development Officer. Prior to this role, he has over 20 years of banking experience with the last 15 years serving as Commercial Lender in the Indianapolis area. In addition, Todd served as a Business Development Officer for a National Contractor helping secure Design/Build Projects around the country.
Todd is enjoys developing relationships with his customers to help them achieve their goals, and prides himself on his customer service. With his previous years working on the other side of Commercial Real Estate process, he looks to bring past experience and a “think outside the box” approach to help his customers.
Todd earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Indiana University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica and their three children. In addition, Todd can be found performing at ComedySportz Indianapolis, as one of the owners, or coaching Softball for his daughters travel team and at an area High School.
